Buyer and Seller fatigue? Im tired of Selling or tired of trying to Buy.

Oh yeah, in this kind of fast paced market in Boise, Eagle and surrounding areas in Idaho,  Both Buyers and Sellers can get worn out. Buyers can become worn out and frustrated due to a lack of properties for sale, and if they do find one it sells before they can get off their job to go see it. 

  Sellers may have so many lookers and bids that they become confused or worn out with showings and negotiations. Getting the home ready and showing it 10 times a day can be very tiring and disruptive. Plus once they do sell, where the heck do they go, no homes for the Seller to buy.

What is the solution? Sometimes a new approach to showings and shopping can help the situation. 

 For Buyers, Maybe more on line shopping prior to going to see every home that pops up, tightening up your criteria and having your agent do some home previewing for you can help take some of the strain off of the buyer, and eliminate homes that your agent knows wont work for you and would be a waste of your time to go see. 

  For Sellers, sometimes if you know your home will be super popular, set times for showings rather than just when ever someone wants to see it. That way you can plan around showing times and not have it be so disruptive. For example maybe have showings on week days while you are at work, or just on weekends while you can plan a day away and let your agent hold an open house. There are many ways to avoid the pitfalls of Buyer or Seller fatigue. Choose an experienced agent who can help you navigate these some what turbulent waters  of the current Idaho real estate market.
